The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs states: a person with a valid visa does not need a residence permit for up to 90 days. A foreigner who will reside, work or study in Türkiye should register at the nearest local police department on arrival, regardless of the visa’s validity.
The residence-permit sentence assumes a valid visa. It does not say every nationality may stay 90 days without a visa. Visa regimes differ by country, and truck drivers may differ. No fees.

Read original source ↗To work in Türkiye, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says you apply to the nearest Turkish mission for a work permit and a visa. It names a passport, a visa application and a letter from the employer. The employer submits further documents to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within ten working days of the application. That ministry finalises applications within thirty days at the latest.
Work and stay are separate procedures on this page. No statement on remote work without a Turkish employer. The thirty-day period is the ministry’s processing time, not permission to work without a permit.

Read original source ↗The Information and Communication Technologies Authority publishes a page for device identifiers. It points individual applications to the e-Devlet service. The checked page states no deadline, no fee and no nationality.
What is evidenced is the path, not an allowed period of use. The e-Devlet form was not read for this sentence. Stay and device use remain separate questions. No number of days.
